As our items are made to order and mostly personalised and customised handmade products, we do not offer returns, refunds, nor exchanges for change of mind. However, it is in our best interest for you to be happy with the products you received. Please get in touch by emailing kish@kishkreations.com.au if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
